What is a Wedding Planner?
A wedding planner has a high level of industry-specific knowledge and expertise, and will assist you from start to finish with the design, planning and management of your wedding.
What does a Wedding Planner do?
A wedding planner will work on your behalf throughout the planning process and will therefore save you considerable time, whilst also ensuring you obtain the very best value. Effectively, a wedding planner will consult, listen, create, organise and then deliver, whilst keeping your budget on track.
Why can’t I plan my own wedding?
Planning a successful wedding is more complex and time consuming than most people realise. Researching venues and suppliers, worrying whether you are getting the best deal, ensuring that all those important little details are covered and generally fretting over the day itself can be a very stressful experience. A wedding planner will work with you throughout the planning process but will still involve you, thus allowing you to make informed choices with none of the hassle.
Why do I need a Wedding Planner, when my family and friends have all offered to help?
Generally speaking, your closest family and friends will always have the best of intentions. However, the more they become directly involved in the planning, the less likely they are to enjoy the day itself since they will feel a degree of responsibility for its success. A wedding planner will look after each and every aspect, ensuring everyone enjoys a worry and stress-free day.
What is the difference between an Event Coordinator and a Wedding Planner?
Most wedding venues will employ an event coordinator. They are responsible for the administration of each and every wedding or event taking place in that specific venue. They meet with clients, discuss details, confirm arrangements with suppliers, draw up function sheets and may be in attendance on the day itself.
In the vast majority of cases, a wedding planner is not venue based. They will manage each and every detail from the very beginning. This will typically involve everything undertaken by an event coordinator and much more. For example, sourcing your venue, arranging your transport, ordering your stationery, coordinating your bridal party attire and liaising with every single supplier. Additionally, a wedding planner would definitely be there on your wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and exactly as planned.
Who will look after us?

How far in advance do we need to book your planning services?
We would recommend that you start the planning process at early as possible however we recommend at the latest 6 months advance. However, should this not be possible, we can still help and would love the opportunity to work with you we have worked with only 1 months notice but this is not recommended.
We are here to deliver you a truly unforgettable experience.
